These Terms of Service govern your use of Old School Bot, BSO 2.0, and their related Discord applications and services (together, the “Bot”). 1. Eligibility and Discord

3. Accounts, game data, and virtual items
Your Discord account is your Bot account. You are responsible for actions taken through it. Game data, bank items, currency, trips, statistics, and other virtual content are licensed for use in the Bot only. They have no cash value, are not property, cannot be redeemed for money, and may be changed, corrected, removed, or reset to preserve game integrity or operate the Bot.
4. Paid features
The Bot may offer optional paid features through Patreon. Patreon’s terms and payment rules also apply to purchases made there. Paid features are subject to the feature description provided at purchase and may be changed where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the Bot. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law.
5. Availability and changes
The Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Bot, including game mechanics and features. We will update these Terms when material changes are made; continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms.
